"For ages I have used a lacrosse ball for rolling out my feet and hard to reach spots on my neck and back. Upgrading to the WaveSolo has been a game changer. Prior to purchase I saw reviews that said its vibrations aren't strong enough — I’ve found them to be more than adequate — and that the flat spot where the power button is gets in the way of rolling — I’ve found it easy to position the ball so that spot isn’t a problem. 10/10 recommend."

Absolutely Terrible.

"I ordered two Wave Solos as Christmas gifts and they arrived quickly, however one does not work. Absolutely no power. I emailed to resolve this and believe it or not, two weeks later it is still not resolved. I find it funny I’ve been asked to submit a review. The customer service is the absolute worst I have ever received. The return process is insane and you have to wait 72 hours for an email reply. Highly recommend ordering from Best Buy or different vendor because the working product is helpful but I am just so disappointed with the entire experience at this point, I wish I could leave zero stars. You think company with such expensive product could afford to invest in proper customer. Hopefully I am emailed soon about the refund for the broken product I was sent as I am still waiting for details to start this process."
