"I have suffered for years with low back pain since injuring two vertebral discs. Thanks to Thermback LED for making a product that helps with relieving some of the pain. I am surprised that a USB powered device can provide enough power and warmth to help with the pain. I have not used the highest heat setting, the medium setting is sufficient for me. I tend to use the "wave " vibration setting most of the time. I would say that if you have a size 38 waist you may need the extension piece in order to fit properly. Keep up the good work Therabody!"
