"The first problem is that the material they are now made from is different from the old material. The old material was like a firm foam and somewhat soft and spongy. The new material is extremely hard. This makes it more uncomfortable to use. The second problem is one of them came apart after a few minutes of use. The ball separated from the bracket that attaches to the machine. There was no evidence of any adhesive ever used to hold it together. I had to glue it back together myself. This looks like poor quality control."
