"I recently had my massage gun fail. I contacted the warranty department and I have to say I was more than impressed with how quickly and smoothly they handled the warranty on my massage gun. They promptly replaced product at no cost to me. Sometimes products fail and when they do we assume the worse. I was very impressed with how Therabody handled replacement of my product."
"I ordered a refurbished unit that ended up having some issues and therabody responded and resolved the issue FAST. This product is AMAZING- I have a lot of body pain from a connective tissue disorder. Most of our body is connective tissue, and my muscles work overtime to support my floppy joints while microtears form all over my body, bringing relentless inflammation with them. The prime plus has been a game changer for breaking up the inevitable knots and adhesions that come with a body that is constantly ripping and tearing and healing funny. It can bring my pain down from an 8-9 to a 4, which allows me to function like a regular person. My husband has had the mini and a prime, and my sister has a prime as well. While they're nice, the difference the heat makes is worth every penny so if you're debating on models, go for the plus."

"I have been waiting for the opportunity to buy this product and finally got it. However, I agree with what some say that once turned on it is difficult to turn off with the vibrations. I have only used on setting 1 and afraid to go up at this time. Great grip, not too heavy and can't wait to continue using. The attachments are kind of overpriced, because I would like the cold ball attachments."
"I compared this to the Bob and Brad D6 Pro Plus. Both offer a similarly strong, large-amplitude massage function. The Theragun Prime Plus triangular grip is significantly easier to handle than the Bob and Brad, which actually makes it possible to reach my own back. The Theragun build quality also stands out. It just feels more solid. The Theragun massage heads also feel much more securely attached than those on the Bob and Brad. However, the Theragun falls short on battery life. The Bob and Brad lasted nearly three times longer, especially when using the heat function. While the Theragun is a premium device, the $160 higher price is hard to justify when I'm constantly charging it, especially since Theragun doesn't include a high-power USB wall charger, whereas the Bob and Brad does. If the battery life matched its build quality, the Theragun would be a clear winner. As it stands, it's a luxury option with a notable trade-off."
