"Returning as it has done nothing for my wife. Monitoring it against sleep patterns and there has been no difference. Last night when she had a headache it also did nothing to help her out. These were the two reasons to get the SmartGoggles and they failed on both counts. I did give it 1 star for trying, and another for the apparent build quality."
"Ok I really want to love this product as I do think it helps me relax and could potentially be part of my before bed routine. Unfortunately it doesn't fit East Asian people well. I wished it would have an Asian fit model like my ski helmet, but until then I'll have to return it."
"Great Little device, i would argue just lying down and learning how to do breath control and listening to some music or nothing would likely result in the same heart rate drop. Really this just allows you to focus on something, and your face gets a bit of a massage. All that being said I like my goggles, just know that I can get the same results by working on breath control and clearing my mind. My one gripe is the head strap is almost to short, apparently I have a large head."

"The vibration causes a constant rattling sound which, to me, is annoying to have to listen to and needs to be turned off every time you turn them on. The heartrate data only works if you use the app and seems to require the entire session to be finished to get the limited summary of three numbers- initial, avg, and final heartrate. I have a size large head (about 60cm) and have to loosen band all the way out to their maximum for these to fit okay. My other brand eye massage mask has plenty of extra band length to fit larger heads. I am confused why the smartgoggles would not be sized to accommodate larger heads or more clearly listed as not suitable for larger heads."
"Soothing relieves pressure for my temple and my eye pressure for my sickness and everything in their comfort level. The only negative thing is to be beep noise. It bothers my wife she’s a lite sleeper it’s me changing the Setting. Beside that 💯 perfect"
