SkinSpa ThermLED is an at-home skincare device from Therabody that combines four-wavelength LED spot treatments with heated lymphatic massage. It reduces fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone and acne through targeted, 3-minute LED treatments, while the heated attachment offers lymphatic massage and helps prep the skin for optimal skincare product absorption. It is available as a standalone device or can be paired with the CryoCurrent attachment (sold separately) to add clinically proven lifting and contouring.

SkinSpa ThermLED’s 4-in-1 LED Attachment includes four distinct light wavelengths, each targeting a different skin concern. Red light (630 nm*) treats fine lines and wrinkles. Red plus infrared (630 nm* and 830 nm* combined) delivers a deeper treatment for fine lines and improves skin firmness. Blue light (415 nm*) targets the bacteria that cause acne. Yellow light (590 nm*) reduces visible redness and helps even skin tone.
